Obituary

Andrette Haupt 62 of Jim Thorpe passed away Thursday, July 28 and St. Luke’s Hospital, Anderson campus. She was the widow of Charles Haupt Jr.

 

Andrette was born October 20, 1959 in Lehighton a daughter to the late Francis and Christine (Kane) Bilsak.

 

She was a member of Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church in Jim Thorpe. She worked at Split Rock Lodge for many years in housekeeping before retiring.

Andrette loved her family and loved family gatherings.

 

She is survived by her sons Charles III and Francis of Jim Thorpe. Brothers Thomas and Francis "Frank" of Jim Thorpe. Sister Susan Bamford and husband Brian of Nesquehoning. Many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her twin sister Mary Beth Thamarus, Christine Fisher and a daughter Angela. 

 

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, August 6 in Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church Jim Thorpe at 11 AM. Friends and family may gather in church from 10 AM until the time of the services in church. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
