Born on April 14, 1953, in Lehighton, Pennsylvania, a son to the late Joseph and Kathleen (Higgins) Rovinske, Ed was known for his generous spirit, thoughtful nature, and creative mind.
Ed was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Ed was a dedicated family man, always putting his loved ones first. He is survived by his daughter, April Brugan and her husband, Paul, of Jim Thorpe. His family will remember him as a pillar of strength and a source of endless support. Ed was preceded in death by his late brother John Rovinske.
Professionally, Ed was a hardworking and respected heavy equipment operator. He spent many years working for the former New Jersey Zinc Company and later Panther Creek Partners in Nesquehoning. His colleagues admired his dedication, skill, and the camaraderie he brought to the workplace. His work ethic was unmatched, and he was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need.
