Gayle Rhyder, 64, of Nesquehoning passed away Sunday, April 16 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Center, Cedar crest.

Born in Lehighton July 15, 1958. She was a daughter to the late John McGowan, Sr. and Anna (Cole) Simmons living in Jim Thorpe.

She was the Manager of Housekeeping at the Inn of Jim Thorpe for many years.

Gayle is survived by her son, Christopher Rhyder and his wife, Alyssa of Jim Thorpe. Daughter Tracy Fuller, and her husband, Cameron of Jim Thorpe. Daughter Stacy Gonzalez and her husband William of Jim Thorpe. Brothers, Frank Tongue and his wife April of Lansford. John McGowan and his wife Dorothy of Nesquehoning. Brother Barry Simmons of Jim Thorpe. A sister Susan Tounge of Jim Thorpe. Five grandchildren Jaelyn, Kaden, Peyton , Jaxson and Grayson
