Phyllis Lummé

Phyllis Lummé of Albrightsville passed away December 26, 2020 in the home of her daughter Dolores "Dee" and son-in-law Ernie Craft surrounded by her loving family. 

She was the widow of William J. Lummé. 

Born in Philadelphia, PA August 21, 1931 she was the daughter of Charles and Concetta “Jenny”(Ventresca) Carey. 

Phyllis and Bill met in Bayville, NY they were married at the Church of St. Rocco, Glen Cove, NY.  They settled and raised their 8 children in Syosset, NY.

Phyllis is survived by her children Willliam Lummé Jr., Timothy Lummé, Phyllis “Lorri” Gagliano, her husband Richard.  Carol Jane Lummé (deceased), Stephen Lummé, his wife Bernadette, Valerie Lummé, Robert Lummé and Dolores "Dee" Craft and her husband Ernie. Grandchildren Carol Hasan, her husband Sharif Hasan, Jennifer Edwards, her husband Ahmad Edwards, George Jenkinson Jr., Jessica Craft, Stephen Lummé, Jr., Raelen Lummé, and Robert Lummé, Jr. Great grandchildren Jacob Williams, Jada Edwards, Tea Edwards, Leah Edwards, Lealin Edwards, Jaxxon Williams and Titan Hasan. 

Mass of Christian Burial, August 2, 2021 at 9:45am in St. Edward the Confessor Church 205 Jackson Avenue Syosset, NY 11791

Interment will follow in Pine Lawn National Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.
