Robert “Bubser” G. Hydro of Jim Thorpe passed away Friday evening, December 18 surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Rita (Norris) Hydro, together 46 years, and celebrated 37 unforgetable years of marriage.

As his close friends would say, if it was nonsense it was priority for Bubser.
